PURPOSE OF ROLE

The Business Intelligence Developer maintains and enhances the group-wide performance reporting of the service center network. In addition the candidate ensures further automation of management reporting’s and processes.

WORK PERFORMED

Responsible for administration and further development of the group-wide data warehouse (oracle SQL) and reporting systems
Responsible for administration of existing tools programmed in VBA
Enhancement of further automation of management reporting
Create and maintain new data fields
Combining various data sources to reports in order to get a clear picture of each service canters’ performance and gaps
Develops a system for defining and monitoring service centre process performance indicators
Other duties consistent with the position

REQUIRED KNOWLEDE AND EXPERIENCE

University degree in IT, Engineering or similar field - or other relevant qualification or equivalent relevant working experience (graduates)
Experience in Oracle SQL
2-3 Year proven experience in the same or similar role
Experience with VBA
Proficiency with quantitative analysis
Proficiency in English language (written and verbal)
