Competencies – What are the specific competencies required?
• Advanced Test analysis skills with minimum of 3yrs experience • ISEB/ ISTQB Certification • Proven working experience in at least 1 scripted automation tool • At least 6 months working experience in an agile team • Great verbal and written communication skills • Understanding of web service architecture • Ability to up-skill and learn new development languages and technologies with ease • Confidence to work with senior developers, BA’s and Product Owners • Display confident leadership qualities • Self-starter, team player • Servant lead – willingness to get hands dirty

Outputs – What are the key performance areas and daily responsibilities?
• Coach fellow team members on Quality best practice • Actively drive the QA best practice throughout the SDLC • Create a comprehensive reporting structure back into QA and Project teams • Speedy throughput without compromising quality • Create and maintain testing quality and ensure all testing objectives are met • Create and maintain test automation scripts and ensure the CI/CD scripts are stable
