Join the team in the position of QA Technologist at the manufacturing site of one of SA’s leading food brands. Liaising with operations and production teams in order to ensure optimum quality of end product. Inspect and control quality of raw materials. Ensure adherence to HACCP. Reporting and investigating on non-conformances.

Requirements:
National Diploma in Food Technology or relevant recognised equivalent.
Minimum 4 Years FMCG experience.
Experience in Dairy industry would be advantageous.
Fully knowledgeable on HACCP, ISO/FSSC 22000.
