Taking telephonic claims related calls average 70 p/d ? Authorizing as valid claims ? Repudiating claims ? Arranging assessors when necessary ? Effective professional handling of queries ? Liaison with the general public, corporate and internal staff, ? Familiarising and meeting set deadlines ? Alert and take action upon potential fraudulent claims. SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED ?
