Our Client in the Medical Aid industry is seeking to employ a Quality Assessor in Contact Centre.

Duties include but are not limited to checking quality of random calls as well as identify training needs of agents.

Requirements:
Matric is essential
Diploma is advantageous
3 years of experience in Call Centre environment at a Medical Scheme is essential
Fully Bilingual in English and Isizulu
Experience working on an Oracle Administration system as well as Excel
