Responsibilities:
Implement and maintain the Quality and Food Safety System
Implement and manage warehouse quality and food safety system – meetings, incidents investigations, maintenance of quality systems in warehouses, hygiene audits and internal training
Verification of quality systems in the branch (Internal audits)
Implement and execute QC systems at branch including microbiological standards
Implement and train warehouse and distribution personnel regarding quality and food safety
Compile and provide quality reports on a monthly basis
Implement and manage food safety systems at the respective satellite branches
Develop and Implement Cold Chain Monitoring within Supply Chain
Complaints and Incidents Reporting in Distribution

Requirements:
B.Sc degree
FMCG food experience
Own transport and the ability to travel
Ability to work irregular hours
