Midrand Area, Gauteng. Salary Negotiable depending on experience and Qualification. Established Organisation is looking to employ a Quality Assurance person to perform quality and compliance assessments on client interactions within the Call Centre, etc.

Requirements:
Matric / Grade 12
Must be able to communicate fluently in English and must have the ability to speak an African language
Must have at least 3 years or more experience in a Life Insurance servicing environment coupled with 2 years quality assurance experience
Knowledge of TCF (Treating Customers Fairly) principles
Analytical and communication skills
Knowledge of Life insurance claims processes will be highly advantageous
