Requirements:
BSc Food Technology/Science Degree or similar qualification in Food Technology/Microbiology
5-10 years’ Management experience 7 years Food Science and FMCG experience

Responsibilities Sound knowledge of Quality Assurance and Control fundamentals including product specifications and grading, quality procedures, standards and product storage The ability to identify products/ingredients that perform a similar function cost effectively. Evaluate manufacturing processes and streamline methods and procedures. Food safety knowledge including the ability to apply GMP and HACCP principles Updated knowledge of recent developments and trends in the global and local arena
