A sales company in Johanesburg north is looking for a Quality Assurance Trainer to drive a team of sales consultants.

Duties are subject but not limited to: 

Leading a team of newly employed sales consultants by driving performance to ensure that sales and productivity targets are met. Training, coaching and developing staff for a long term career. 

Applicants must have completed a relevant degree/diploma. Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans is essential. Excellent ability to drive results through others with 2 years+ relevant / related working experience managing a team of sales staff with a track record of reaching target consistently.
