Purpose of Position:
The Quality Control Manager’s role is to ensure products and output meet quality and efficiency standards set by the company.

Minimum Requirements:
? Matric; Related Degree - Quality/Engineering/Science/Technical/Management etc
? Minimum 6 Years’ experience in mid-senior management level
? Driver’s License; Own Vehicle
? Exposure in the Automotive/Manufacturing and Production sector highly advantageous
? Technically minded & total quality management standards; excellence driven
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
? Performance Management, Staffing, Management Proficiency, Coordination, Coaching, Developing Standards, Financial Planning and Strategy,
? Process Improvement, Decision Making, Strategic Planning, Quality Management; Key Performance & Staff Management

Duties:
• In charge of making sure products meet acceptable quality standards.
• Perform that the production and manufacturing lines perform efficiently, and effectively
• Coordinate employee efforts, and facilitate communications between management and production departments.
• Constantly devising ways of improving the manufacturing process to ensure higher-quality goods from entry input-external output.
• Devising and establishing a company's quality procedures, standards and specifications
• Reviewing customer requirements and making sure they are met
• Working with purchasing staff to establish quality requirements from external suppliers
• Setting standards for quality as well as health and safety
• Making sure that manufacturing or production processes meet international and national standards
• Looking at ways to reduce waste and increase efficiency
• Defining quality procedures in conjunction with operating staff
• Setting up and maintaining controls and documentation procedures
• Monitoring performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports
• Making suggestions for changes and improvements and how to implement them
• Using relevant quality tools and making sure managers and other staff understand how to improve the business
• Making sure the company is working as effectively as possible to keep up with competitors.
