The successful incumbent will be responsible for the management of x2 QC Analysts, perform investigations and troubleshooting, budgeting, develop and maintain training programmes for GMP, SOP and Job Function Trainings in the QC department and report directly to the QA Manager.

Requirements:
• Pharmaceutical/Scientific related Degree
• Minimum of 5 years’ Quality Control experience
• Proven ability to supervise personnel and excellent verbal/written communication skills.
• Knowledge of Quality Management systems – Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
