Job Description:

To approve the quality of product in cellars, in transit and in bottling phase.
Maintenance of the Quality Plan to ensure that the wine, dry goods and final goods adhere to approved specifications and regulations
Monitor compliance to all bottling/filling specifications
Handle all queries from Bottling / Fillers and Dry Goods
Conduct internal quality audits to establish conformance to the quality plan of the company
Ensure that all winemaking chemicals and additives are evaluated before use and records are kept in well-organized filling system for easy access when required
Monthly reporting
Handle all Purchase orders for laboratory
Continuous duties

Qualifications:

Degree or Diploma in Food Technology / BSc in Microbiology / Winemaking
1-2 years experience in a Quality Control environment
Wine Industry specific
Lab experience
Broad knowledge of Wine and Winemaking process
