What the person must be able to do:

This role is in the Automotive Manufacturing sector. All duties would take place in this context.

* Process Mapping - Mapping out Existing Manufacturing Processes
* Process Monitoring - Monitoring Processes and Identifying Failures
* PFMEA - Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis
* Corrective Action - Correcting non-compliant and failed processes
* Audits - Passing Internal and OEM Customer Audits

Key Job Deliverables:

* Ensure Company Passes Audits
* To Identify and Prevent Risk of Process Failures
* To Optimise and Enhance Existing Processes

Background work experience:

* 5 years Automotive TS Quality Standards
* 2 years PFEA - Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis
* 2 years Quality Audits
* 2 years Optimising Manufacturing Quality Processes
* Quality Systems or Industrial Engineering Qualification
* Expert in Automotive Quality Sytems (TS)
* Working with and implementing Automotive Quality Standards like TS16949 and IATF
* Using PFEA to identify and correct process non-conformances
* Preparing for and passing OEM Quality Audits
* Optimising manufacturing processes and quality systems
* Advantageous: Experience in ISO 14000 and ISO 18000
