Job Description

• This is a contractor position.
• The position revolves around the administrative duties required to process monthly draw down notices linked to property developments, including the review of financial and technical aspects of the draw notice within the context of engineering and building contract administration, within the housing sector.
• A degree of work in the field will be required.

Qualification and Experience

• Must have a minimum of a BSc / B Tech in one of the following:

• Construction Studies
• Quantity Surveying
• Construction Management
• Civil Engineering

• Must have 3 to 5 years’ relevant post-graduation experience in JBCC and GCC contracts.
