Rates Administrator | Sandton | Tour Operator

We are looking for an experienced RATES ADMINISTRATOR to join the Rates team of this well known Tour Operator in Sandton. The successful candidate should have an enquiring mind, pay attention to detail, be creative and pro-active, ability to work under pressure and have high energy levels. Must have the ability to meet deadlines and be a good mentor.

KEY OUTPUTS:

Tourplan rate loading and administration
Ensuring rates, terms and conditions and specials are loaded and accurate in Tourplan
Rate checking
KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:

An understanding of rates and commission structures
Geographical knowledge of Southern and East Africa
Strong numerical ability
SKILLS REQUIRED:

Attention to detail
Systems orientated
Ability to work under pressure
Team player
Time and task management
PREVIOUS WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Previous Tourplan knowledge – non negotiable
Rate Loading experience – non negotiable
Start: ASAP

Salary: +/- R 12,000 CTC
