We currently seeking for a Syspro Consultant to assist with the Application Support.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Syspro certifications preferred.
  • Experience with Syspro 7.1.
  • Matric/Grade 12.

Skills Required:

  • Experience with Syspro 7.1.
  • Syspro Certifications.
  • Product development knowledge within the Syspro; POS space.

Responsibilities:

General:

  • Ensure tickets are up to date.
  • Maintain proactive tasks.

Customer Support:

Majority of your time to be spent on resolving customer support needs. The intention of this is through:

  • Managing and updating tickets.
  • Provide regular feedback to clients.
  • Update tickets.
  • Meet SLAs.
  • Adhere to the call logging and call maintenance procedure.
  • Root Cause Analysis.
  • Work with team members on resolving calls.
  • Share tickets.
  • Knowledge Transfer.
  • Customer Reports.
  • Pro-Active Tasks.

Product:

  • Up to date on latest releases; fixes.
  • Share these with the team.
  • Ensure the necessary up skilling is achieved.

Additional Requirements:

  • 2 to 3 interview stages can be expected.
  • Clear credit and criminal record.

Salary: R 20 000 – R 25 000 per month depending on work experience and skill level.
