Roles and Responsibilities:

*Sales and rentals of Residential properties
*Sourcing a reasonable number of properties per month in order to market and sell
*Business Development Calls
*Promote sales of properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services.
*Liaising with both sellers and buyers
*Liaising with all interested parties should you make a sale which may include banks, building societies, surveyors, attorney’s and other estate agencies during any of your sales transactions
*Analysing market trends to determine competitive market prices
*Estimating the properties being marketed
*Ensure properties meet legal and health and safety requirements eg. Gas safety certificates
*Responding timeously to any/all calls from a buyer or seller
*Promoting the image and brand of Seeff within the allotted area
*Coordinate appointments to show homes to prospective buyers
*Investigate clients' financial and credit status to determine eligibility for financing.

Requirements:
*Matric/Diploma
*NQF4 Real Estate
*Experience required
*Own car and driver’s license non-negotiable
