A Company in expansion on the telecommunications sector is looking for a Receivable and Payable Accounts Technician to integrate its team in Johannesburg, Midrand.

This Employee will have the following responsibilities:

Implement the customer care activities, under the accounts receivable management, to ensure compliance with defined service levels , customer satisfaction over the service.
Implement the activities inherent to clients debt collection management, and control the evolution of balances due and compliance with the deadlines established payment in order to ensure that the revenues from the credits meet the defined objectives and policies.
Implement the customer credit control activities, including the preparation and submission of invoices , document analysis in credit, in order to ensure optimum collection of customer debt and safeguard the rights of the Organization. Coordinate and control the vendor service activities in the management of accounts payable.

Local implementation of the higher decisions, standards and procedures to be followed in current accounts and advances to suppliers management and ensure its implementation and the monitoring of the issuance of debit and credit notes for settlement discounts and rebates off invoice, to ensure the reliability of the information recorded and the fulfillment of obligations contracted with suppliers within the established terms and conditions .

Candidate's Profile:

- Technical course in accounting
- Minimum Experience: 1 years to 2 year performing similar functions
- Administrative management skills, communication skills and file management skills
- Team work skills and initiative
