The successful candidate must be a good team player, with solid administration skills and must be an excellent communicator, spoken & written.Requirements:• At least 2 years’ experience at a similar role in a 5 star establishment• Min Grade 12 qualification• Own reliable transport & driver’s license• Switchboard• Respond to & handle all guest requests• Restaurant Reservations• Accommodation Reservations• Guest check in / check out• Guest invoicing• Curio Shop• Updating guest info / requests through Reservations systemThe salary on offer is negotiable between R 6500-R 7500 a month.
