A law firm in Pretoria-East seeks to appoint a Receptionist / PA that will provide general Receptionist and Secretarial assistance. Typical duties will include answering of the switchboard, scheduling of meetings, arranging refreshments, typing of correspondence, overseeing the cleaning of the offices/boardrooms and other related Receptionist / Secretarial duties.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

- 3 to 5 years Receptionist / PA experience
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- Excellent typing, writing and grammar skills
- Presentability
- MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Ability to speak Afrikaans and English fluently (Please indicate language ability on CV)

SALARY: R6 000 PER MONTH (only a salary is offered. No additional benefits)
