RECEPTIONIST / RELIEF NIGHT AUDITOR – 5 STAR HOTEL

A great opportunity exists for an experienced Receptionist / Relief Night Auditor within a leading 5 star property. Your positive and energetic approach, high standards, presentation and communication skill will ensure the right culture fit with in this prestigious Hotel.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Reception experience within a 4 or 5 star Hotel is an advantage
• Minimum 2 years experience
• Working knowledge of the OPERA system

PERSONALITY ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:
• Above average command of the English language (due to foreign customers)
• Excellent communications and guest interaction skills, including guest complaints
• Highly flexible, pro-active and confident
• Ability to cope well under pressure
• Lively and energetic
• Team player – very approachable and open to suggestions and feedback
• IT literate
• Excellent telephone skill and etiquette
• Professional and presentable grooming

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Own reliable transport will be an advantage
• Valid drivers license
