My client a gaming expert company is looking for a Reconciliation Controller who will be responsible for the preparation and reconciliation of statements,processing accounts, matching the internal transactional processing data with external processors,
The preferable candidate will be ensuring all processor settlement transfers are affected timeously and meticulously, and perform all ongoing administrative functions related towards a specific payment towards each of there service providers.

Key Performance Indicators:

Integration and setup testing and compliancy documentation with new payment service providers.
Administrative functions and contact point for existing service providers.
Ensure all records, schedules and methodology are complete, correct and follow generally accepted accounting practices.
Reconcile transactional data to locate and highlight all exceptional items.
Ensure all outward payments are valid and the amounts correct to internal schedules and reports.
Ensure all funds transfers are successfully sent and received with minimal currency exchange costs and that all settlements are on schedule.
Investigate, alert and follow up on all exceptions and discrepancies.
Ensure all fees are correctly charged according to pricing contracts and transactional volume.
Investigate recurring inefficiencies in overall fee and currency exchange costs.
Ensure all reports and schedules are maintained and updated (e.g. Reserves schedule, settlements).
Finalized processor statements to be completed and submitted by the 20th of the following month.
Deliver and present statements, reports and schedules, weekly monthly.
Financial reconciliation to Gaming systems Bonus and Admin event audits.
Foreign exchange updates for Affiliate system and Internal reporting.
Develop best practices and improve on audit process and workflows.
Accurate posting of creditors and debtors in accounts.
Reconciliation of processors to Accounting system.
Monitoring and reporting of cash balances, weekly & monthly.
Loan account reconciliations.

Skills and Attributes we seek:

Degree Preferable.
Accounting Package experience.
Strong Excel skills essential.
Previous experience in Reconciliations essential.
Good understanding of accounting principles.
Strong attention to detail.
Logical, analytical and methodical.
