Create adn post job adverts to continuously build a talent pool of critical skill candidates
Sourcing of Candidates
Conducting of reference checks
Scheduling of interviews with clients
Conducting background checks
Consulltation with Clients on recruitment needs
Maintain the intergrity and validity of information contained on our database
Effective candidate management throughout the recruitment process
Experience
1 to 2 yars recruitment agency experience
Intermediate computer skills in MS Excel and MS Word essential
Grade 12
Excellent command of the English Langauge - both written and verbal
