Job description

  • General admin duties.
  • Placing of adverts on job portals.
  • Keeping Placement Partner up to date.
  • Assist Research Assistant with searches.
  • Processing CV’s on Placement Partner.
  • Minute taking and distributing to relevant parties involved
  • Reception (Answering and directing incoming calls)
  • Ensure tasks are concluded accurately and on time
  • Filing

Advantageous

  • Diploma/ degree in Office Administration

PC Skill

  • Placement Partner or similar
  • MS Word intermediate
  • Excel intermediate
  • Job portal experience such as PNet and Career Junction
