Recruitment Consultant

We are looking for Recruitment Consultants to join our team in the Healthcare, IT, Engineering, Automotive and Hospitality industries. MUST have previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant.

Please note that is a COMMISSION BASED ONLY position.

Must preferably stay in and around the Randburg area

Sourcing good quality candidates
Interviewing candidates
Reaching targets
Conducting reference checks on short listed candidates
Placement of advertisements on job portals
Support other recruiting efforts as needed
MUST have least 2 years recruitment experience
A proven successful career history
A consistent track record of thriving within a sales environment
Must be tenacious, driven and self-motivated individual
Excellent communication skills
