We are looking to fill a position for a Recruitment Consultant (3 months contract) in Kempton Park.

Main Job Functions

  • Handling recruitment and selection function
  • Assessing of  job specs from clients and placing job ads on relevant sites
  • Screening and short listing of candidates
  • Liaising with candidates and clients
  • Setting up interviews and interviewing potential candidates for available positions
  • Cold calling/telesales and client development
  • Sourcing of potential candidates and conducting searches on the relevant systems
  • Headhunting of candidates
  • Reference checks for candidates
  • Target driven environment
  • Client management and client visits
  • Updating candidate CVs onto Placement Partner

Requirements

  • Matric and related tertiary qualification
  • Good computer skills - Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook)
  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent administration skills and good time management skills
  • Ability to work in a pressurized environment and must be target driven
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in recruitment environment
