Aurum Recruitment are looking for Recruiters that has Recruitment background and has a Sales attitude in finding Excellent Clients & Candidates. Your Main focus will be on finding possible clients looking to employ awesome employees. We need your passion for Sales & Marketing to help us grow this exciting growing business.


You as a Recruiter will be responsible for the following

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Sourcing possible clients looking to employ awesome employees. - Sales Skills Required
• Developing business in areas the company had not traded before and expanding the brand.
• Maintaining service levels with current clients and managing a portfolio.
• Recruiting of staff.
• Placing ads on websites in order to attract new applications.
• Screening CV’s as to match the Dr with the correct placement.
• Canvassing candidates for work in specific sectors.
• Building relationships with new and existing clients in order to generate more work coming through.
• Booking the correct candidate for a shift.
• Building relationships with clients and candidates.

Requirements:

• 2-3 Yrs. Recruitment Experience
• Own Transport
• Own Cell-phone
• Own Laptop (Not Essential)
