Plan, direct, drive and coordinate the implementation of operational plans, projects and services with the aim of achieving high standards of primary health and preventative care, customer satisfaction and growth in business in allocated regions.Ensure implementation of professional and pharmacy operations strategies at regional level
Minimize risk through pro-active implementation of guidelines or/and SOPIS
Guide and assist with the implementation of clinic services projects and track and report on outcomes/achievements
Conduct clinic services professional audits to track good practice/compliance (professionally/legal) and performance
Assist pharmacy with clinic services resource management
Maintain effective relations with customers, pharmacy, retail operations, suppliers and SA nursing council
Keep abreast of industry- and product changes and developments
Report on all aspects related to clinic services operations and professional issuesNursing Degree/Diploma to give qualification as Registered Nurse
Nursing management desirable
Registered with SANC (South African Nursing Council)
Pharmacy clinic exposure (Retail)/experience
Management experience
