We are looking for a dynamic Regional Administrator (RA) who will help us grow and who is committed to grow with us! Your excellent interpersonal and presentation skills will be the key to your success and as you work under the supervision of the Regional Administrator Lead to build partnerships and promote Agricolleges to a wide variety of stakeholders in your region. A roll-up-your-sleeves attitude, independence and organisational ability, and passion for your work are essential in this role.

Reporting: To Regional Administrator Lead (RAL)
• Weekly status update to RAL
• Attend Compulsory weekly status meeting
• Any other reports as requested from the Regional Administrator Lead

Main Responsibility of the position:
Promote Agricolleges International in designated region and facilitate the establishment of partnership agreements

Key duties
• Maintain a database of prospective partners for Agricolleges e.g. example farms, high schools, agricultural or relevant agri-related companies
• Follow the agreed procedure to identify and contract PD’s
• Promote ACI to schools in region with provided material and via created social media structure
• Distribute other marketing materials to schools, etc.
• Participate and drive marketing campaigns on social media
• Refer all interested students to the website to add their names to the database. Any other relevant information will be sent to Lianne to add to the central databases
• Have monthly Skype/Zoom interactive workshops with other Regional Administrators where necessary
• Update required information on RA Team Drive as needed
• Interact with industry and use the relevant knowledge where necessary to promote ACI
• Maintain regular contact with PD’s/school/company and the student throughout the practical, ensuring its a success in terms of academic and personal experience for the student and farm/school/company
• Design and publication of questionnaires/reports where necessary
• Management of all paperwork associated with the PD’s
• Feedback to communications specialist on success stories
• Ongoing annual school presentations
• Assist with general communication when required (website, newsletter, etc.)
• Community interaction: marketing at local relevant shows
• Coordinate registration system’s placement of region’s students at PD’s for practicals and internships
• Refer possible bursary students to Bursary and scholarship coordinator
