A leading financial services group’s Broker Services business seeks an experienced manager to head up a team of Broker Consultants within the East London region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop strategy to increase market share and ensure market retention
• Create new business opportunities for Broker Consultants
• Responsible for the operations management of region (i.e. infrastructure, budget, processes and people)
• Have continuous contact with Brokers and Broker groups
• Promote the brand and product and service offering
• People management and development

Minimum Requirements:

• Own car and valid driver’s license
• Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
• CFP or relevant financial degree
• At least 3 years of proven experience as a manager within the financial services industry
• Broker distribution experience, specifically within the middle and upper income markets
