Regional Manager with broad and significant experience in the Financial Services Industry, specific to the Wealth environment and broker network experience, required to implement marketing strategies, plans and tactics to increase market share, as well as recruit, vest and manage offices and a team of Financial Advisors.

You will be required to manage this high net worth brokering office and a few smaller branches in the region.

Minimum requirements:
• Sound Financial Services experience on a senior level within a corporate environment – Sales and Distribution environment preferred
• Short Term Insurance experience essential
• Experience in managing numerous Brokerages and their Brokers essential
• B.Com Honours, CA or CFP
• Stock broking qualification
• RE1, RE3 and RE5
• IISA Programme in Advanced Insurance Practice
• Computer literate – MS Office, MIS programs and reports, CRM system, Advice Tools, Asset Management Programme
