Minimum academic qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with a Commercial slant (BCom or the like).
• 5-7 Years prior experience in a commercial logistical and support role will be beneficial. Proven track record with excellent references required.

Requirements
• Flexible and willing to undertake all tasks as required.
• Computer literacy: Excellent Excel skills a must.
• Exposure to ERP packages will be beneficial, but not essential at this stage.
• Analytically minded, able to interpret data and represent it as meaningful information.
• Excellent reporting skills, being able to concisely represent highlights of daily, weekly and monthly reports in a format for executive consumption.
• Identify weaknesses or areas for improvement in processes that inhibits information flow, liaising with Plant Manager and Technical Representative, recommending solutions and implementing same.
• Assist with logistical planning
• Sales
• Provide operational support to both the frozen and dry divisions
• Operational planning regarding the upkeep of the offices and fleet vehicles
• Providing support with all matters regarding raw material incl. logistics
• Planning around the buying requirement for CRF
• Supervision of monthly stock levels as and when required
• Together with the Plant Manager, ultimately responsible for timeous, reliable flow of information from the plant for Production and Finance reporting.
• Responsible for answering queries from Technical Representative and Finance Department arising from information reports presented to them, or day-to-day queries.
