B-Com / Marketing Degree (relevant degree or diploma)
• 3-5 Years Relevant Management/ Sales experience
• Sound knowledge of Financial Services Industry and Services products
• Management development training will be an advantage
• Experience with dealing with Middle market broker base
• ACI Candidate (preferable)

Management of a team of Marketing Advisers as well as administrative personnel so that the
regions production and administrative targets can be archived and exceeded
• The establishment and maintenance of sound, profitable business relationships with brokers and
internal/ external clients

• The acceptance of responsibility for all the administrative tasks and processes within the region
• The training and development of staff within the region
