Regional Nurse Manager needed to plan, direct and manage nursing staff, material and financial resources. This role entail the candidate to enable the provision of safe, cost effective, quality and professional phlebotomy and administrative services at this facility.

The successful Regional Nurse Manager (Phlebotomy) will need to:

• Plan processes for budgets, marketing, staffing and operational matters
• Execute day-to-day direction and management of phlebotomy and associated functions
• Manage, communicate, and ensure implementation of working instructions, SOP’s and operational standards
• Execute the HR function of own staff
• Train and develop own staff
• Oversee and monitor equipment maintenance
• Liaise with customers to resolve service related issues, address non- conformances
• Hold monthly meetings with pathologists and other regional nurse managers
• Manage the correct application of QA and health and safety processes and SOP’s
• Oversee and drive preparation processes for annual internal and external quality control audits
