Synopsis
Are you ready to take on a dynamic role as a key player in the automotive industry? Join our team as a Regional Product Manager based in South Africa, reporting directly to the Regional Category Manager.

As the Regional Product Manager, you will be at the forefront of portfolio management, development, and interface with the regional sales team. Your role as the product owner will be instrumental in driving the success of the products in the Middle East, Africa, Turkey & CIS countries.

Qualification and Experience
5-10 years of experience in product management, specification & development processes
Knowledge of ZF products, footprint, structures, and processes
Strategic and analytic thinking with a drive for results
Excellent negotiation, influencing, and relationship management skills
Roles and Responsibilities
End-to-end responsibility for portfolio sales & margin in the region
Creation and implementation of timely regional product range development plans
Defining and executing regional portfolio strategy in alignment with business goals
Supporting regional front line sales team as the AM product
Identifying market needs and positioning products for financial success
Supporting operational and strategic planning processes
