RedCat Recruitment is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced REGIONAL SALES MANAGER (AGRICULTURAL INDUSTRY) for a large concern – position based in Mpumalanga.

JOB DESCRIPTION / REQUIREMENTS
Grade 12.
Must be fully bilingual (English / Afrikaans).
Strong computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet).
Person must have good agricultural knowledge.
5yrs+ experience in the agricultural mechanisation industry.
Person must have excellent customer relation skills, be technically minded and able to work as part of a team.
Must be prepared to travel and be away from home.
Managing of key accounts.
Sales and budgets.
Relationship building at all levels.
Stock control of consignment stock held at dealers’ premises (Implements and spares).
Arranging and organising shows and demo’s.
Handling and facilitating warranty claims.
Dealer training.
Point of sale and promotional material.
Marketing campaigns.
Farm visits.
Pre-inspection delivery of Implements.
Technical assistance to dealers (mechanical, electronics and hydraulics).
Compiling reports.
Pricing.
Competitor analysis.
Assist with the managing of research and development projects.
Assessing current market trends with the aim to provide new ideas to the research and development team.
