Excellent Leadership Skills
The effective and efficient management (including the planning, organising, leading and controlling) of the Company resources, namely, the achievement of acceptable and agreed levels of performance in the following key results areas:
• Account Executive sales targets
• Net increase in contracts (NIC)
• Observation of Company Philosophy in all dealings with Account Executives and the public at large.
• Compliance with Health and Safety Policy to safeguard the health of our own Associates, as well as the public and the environment in general.
• Promotion and enhancement of the Company Image in all aspects involving the personal appearance of offices, condition of equipment, quality of correspondence etc.
