Minimum requirements:
Grade 12 and related Diploma.
Five years sales, marketing & technical experience within the Tyre industry.
Key Accounts Management experience.
Understanding of sales, forecast and logistics processes.
Ability to manage a project.

Key responsibilities:
Market Strategy:
Contribute to the business strategy development of the PLT & CVT Division.
Implement PLT & CVT strategy.
Keep abreast of market developments and trends, feedback to PLT & CVT divisions.
Budget/Forecast:
Manage annual sales & expense budgets in line with targets to optimise sales.
Monitor and measure performance against forecast / budget.
Customer/Staff relations:
Monitor and analyze our performance against opposition.
Discuss ideas and opinions with customers to satisfy their needs.
Maintain and build relationships with Key Customers.
Mentor, develop and manage staff to their maximum potential.
Reporting:
Consolidate reports for sales, period expenses, profitability, SOB, SoM, KAM customer profile.
Measures performance against Key performance indicators.
Prepare and consolidated reports for PLT & CVT division.
Recommend course of action based on reports.
Key account management:
Implement key accounts strategy.
Measure performance against standards.
Monitor to identify new trends and development, so that prompt action can be taken to align to market or avert problem areas.
