Leading International Construction Firm is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to join their team ASAP. You need to have a proven sales track record and have a commercial and business mind.

Requirements:
• Grade 12
• Tertiary education highly advantageous
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in senior management role
• Solid experience in Sales, Staff Management and Marketing
• Experience working with the construction, architectural and engineering highly advantageous
• Must be fluent in Afrikaans and English
• Must be willing to travel

• Regional Management
• Sales and marketing management
• Ensure annual targets are met
• Branding
• Staff management
• Branch Management
• Developing new business
• Management of existing clientele
