Regional Sales Manager (Leisure Travel)

Join them as a Regional Sales Manager, and you’ll drive your team to deliver ambitious sales targets and help our customers on their once-in-a-lifetime holiday from touring the Italian Lakes and Mediterranean cruising to luxury Indian Ocean beaches.

Typical activities –
· Recruiting, training, and appraising staff performance
· Managing budgets
· Promoting and marketing the concession to increase footfall
· Managing and motivating your team to ensure they can deliver on their KPI’s
· Responsible for achieving ambitious concession sales targets
· Recording sales figures for analysis and forward planning
· Maintaining awareness of market trends and monitoring local competition
· Initiating changes to improve the concession
· Maintaining agreed store quality standards conducting regular spot checks
Skill set required:
· Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on high quality and business profit
· A natural forward planner who critically assesses team performance
· Reliable, tolerant, and determined
· Keen for new experience, responsibility and accountability
· Able to get on with others and be a team-player
· Able to work extended hours on occasions when required
· Must be adept in use of MS Office 2000 or later, particularly Excel and Word, Internet and email
· Able to understand profit and loss calculations and business finance, e.g., gross margin, overheads
· Must have previous experience of managing a target driven sales team in the leisure travel industry
