Position: Regional Sales Representative: Sim Card Distribution
Location: Nelspruit
Salary: R 8, 000 to R 10, 000 per month
Benefits: Company car provided, Cell phone allowance

Description
The purpose of this position is driving revenue growth, must acquire new sites as prescribed by the National Sales Manager in line with the overall business acquisition strategy, to seek out profitable new customers for the Company, client retention, advertising, sales and marketing strategy focussing on regional sales and customer relationship management within the informal channel of the organisation across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure that effective best practice standards of merchandising are implemented and adhered to at all point of purchase channels
• Ensure that a master database of outlets are developed and maintained at all times within the business
• Ensure that all outlets are categorised on an on-going basis
• Leverage both internal and external relationship to increase brand awareness and effective execution
• Ensure that the cyclical brief is compiled ad effectively executed on a monthly basis
• Ensure that achievement of regional sales targets within the Independent Channel
• Improve customer retention in the Independent Channels
• Analyse monthly regional reports to identify opportunities and threats
• Execute sales campaigns as set by the National Sales Manager
• Identify Business opportunities - Cold calling looking for new sites for Starter Pack Distribution
• Ensure planning and execution of Regional promotional plans
• Ensure Vodacom Relationship is managed
• Responsible for new product sales and achieving set targets
• Building and maintaining relationship with new and existing clients
• Responding to enquiries in a professional and knowledgeable manner
• Weekly & Monthly Reporting, Stock take and System SINC
• Training
• Regional Sales Plans – Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly
• B2B (Business2Business) and B2C (Business2Consumer) Starter Pack distribution
• Ensure the adherence to company policy and relevant legislation

Education & Qualifications
• Matric
• Diploma in sales or marketing OR equivalent would be advantageous

Requirements:-
• Must have Informal/Main market working experience in the industry
• Starter Pack or Prepaid Distribution and Sales experience
• A proven track record in sales
• Willing to travel extensively
• Driver’s license
