The successful applicant will be responsible for assisting with all areas of training from planning to implementation of all below duties relating to the training department. The key outputs and competencies required for this position are as follows:Assisting in and/or running:Training which consists mainly of:Beauty Advisor Training with new employeesAdvanced training and refresher courses with existing Beauty AdvisorsOn counter assessments with Beauty AdvisorsJob will entail the following duties:Planning, development, facilitation and implementation of training modules and plans.Liaison with Sales Teams on training requirementsSchedule development and management in alignment with Sales teams.Update Training Calendar and communicate updates and changes needed for Training to National Training Manager.Venue bookings for above training sessionsGeneral administration; organisation of mystery shop reports, assessment forms and questionnaires from above training sessions.Responsible for sending out a report after each training session completed.Consumer complaints/ enquiries and follow ups to be dealt with timelesslyResponsible for monthly training newsletterAssisting the National Training Manager in all areas relating to training from general admin to new product launches.Training Assistant requirements:MatricQualified Therapist with SAAHSP, Cidesco or ITEC advantageousMinimum 3 years cosmetic & retail experiencePrevious Training experience very advantageousComputer literacy very important (PowerPoint, Word & Excel)General Office administration skillsApplicant profile (Individuals characteristics / personality):Good team playerExcellent organisation skillsExcellent communication skillsExcellent presentation skillsGood Attention to detailWorks well under pressurePro-active and self startingGood people skillsAble to travel extensivelyProfessionalism at all times when dealing with Company and non Company Persons and Companies.
