Are you passionate about teaching others? We seek a well-experienced clinical facilitator to train and coach new nurses in a highly advanced private facility in the southern suburbs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruitment and selection.
• Orientation and induction of new recruits.
• Mentoring and assessment of panel members.
• Planning, organising and facilitating of continuous professional development programmes.
• Assist with quality improvement programmes.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Basic registered nurse qualification which includes general nursing Midwifery.
• Preferable previous training experience
• Must have good leadership, interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Be able to handle conflict effectively.
• Must be positive towards self-development and on-going training.
• Must have own transport and be able and willing to travel.
• Must be willing to work night duty for +- 3 nights per month.
