Reliability Engineer (North West) (AA position)

Min Requirements 

B Degree or Diploma mechanical or electrical with 5 years manufacturing plant experience.

Duties will include:

• Improve plant reliability.
• Drive/Implement formal program of root cause identification/failure analysis and corrective actions for maintenance related failures.
• Partners with production/engineering to establish reliability plans addressing critical operating equipment risk. 
• Ensures compliance with health and safety policies and work is conducted in a safe manner at all times
• Assists with the new installations of capital projects

• Reliability Analysis and RCA Champion for the Plant
• Development of Improvement Plans to achieve targets
• Compile Reliability Reports
• Development and Maintain Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Annual/5 year look at Reliability Performance (Reliability Dashboard)
• Lead  reliability meetings and ensure that Reliability and RCA approach is driven and action are closed and measuring of Improvement plans and RCA Actions

Salary is negotiable and the company is willing to pay for relocation
