Looking for a Relief Couple for 6 six months, to work until the end of December 2014 / January 2015

Must have previous hotel experience, and previous experience in a similar lodge in Mozambique
Must be very strong with Admin, Housekeeping and Food and Beverage, with at least 3 years relevant experience within a management position
Experience on formal hotel systems; Opera, Micros, Pilot etc.
No children / dependents
They should have strong management skills and able to work independently
Salary negotiable and will depend on the experience of each couple: Max R 18 000, but will be negotiable
