Join our international corporate client in Stellenbosch as part of the HR team, as a REM specialist.

The purpose of the role is to manage the remuneration and benefits function for South Africa and the rest of Africa.

Minimum Requirements:
• Must have a B Degree in HR (or related)
• Must have at least 5 years’ experience in a Remuneration and Benefits environment (not as a HR Generalist)
• GRP (Global Reward Professional) courses will be advantageous
• Must be able to travel although it will be extremely seldom

Job Description:
• Development and maintenance of remuneration parameters as well as ensuring the correct application of these parameters by Line
Managers and HR Practitioners
• Custodian of methodologies/technologies used in the facilitation of remuneration decisions by Line Managers and HR Practitioners
• Manage the Salary Adjustment and Short Term Incentive payment processes (SA and 4 other African countries)
• Facilitate and support Remuneration and Benefit Projects
• Support to HR Executive in the annual wage and salary adjustment process
• Manage Executive Remuneration
• Manage and coordinate the job evaluation process
• Assist with annual labour budget process
• Participate in Remchannel, Mercer and Towers Perin salary surveys for South Africa and 4 other African Countries
• Management and administration of benefits within the company
• Manage the remuneration and work permit processes regarding Intra-Africa and Europe-Africa secondments
• Manage the Performance Management process for SA & 4 other Countries
