RENTAL AGENT – ESTATE AGENCY - STELLENBOSCH

Stellenbosch based estate agency currently has a position available for a Rental Agent to assume duties asap.

APPOINTMENT REQUIREMENTS:
• NQF 4 (FETC) qualification in Real Estate
• Min 3 – 5 years previous experience with real estate rentals
• Must be very well presented with excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
• Strong customer service orientation
• Dynamic, driven and innovative: able to take initiative and solve problems
• Knowledge of FICA legislation and Code of Conduct
• Knowledge of Payprop and RedRabbit an advantage
• Must reside in the Stellenbosch area
• Valid drivers lisence & own reliable transport
KPA’s
•Contract administration for all rental properties, including landlords and tenants
•Coordination, administration and liaison for maintenance of all rental properties
•Canvassing for new stock – candidate has to be comfortable with calling potential clients in order to list their properties (cold calling)
•Be available after hours and on weekends to meet with potential landlords in order to list their properties, as well as taking potential tenants to view properties that are available to rent
•Perform entry and exit inspections for all rental properties
•Regular email and telephonic liaison with landlords, tenants, contractors, etc.
•Attend regular training sessions
•All other duties as required – to be discussed in interview
Competitve market-related remuneration package on offer, which includes a fixed basic salary + commission + performance bonuses
