MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
• Matric
• Real Estate Experience will be advantageous
• Lady – Neat and well looked after (aged 40 – 60 years old)
• Able to cope in stressful environment
• Will be expected to do routine and final inspections
• Must have own transport and drivers licence
• When month end falls over a weekend this person will be expected to do inspections over the weekend.
• Month end is the most hectic time – thus no leave is permitted
• No Jeans allowed
• Working Hours: 8h00 – 16h30, Monday to Friday, one hour lunch
