Previous reservations experience (online and direct bookings,
Flights and road transfers)
Booking system
Pastel experience would be an advantage
2 years industry experience
Due to our high occupancy, must be able to
Work under pressure without supervision
Duties will include: handling all guest bookings and
Accounts assist in FOH when needed hosting duties every
3rd night
Candidate must have own reliable transport due to our location
Please note our reservations office is based at the lodge, therefore
Duties might also include assisting with some daily operational requirements.
