Reservation Manager Rneg

Excellent opportunity for a candidate with a Hospitality Diploma and at least 2 years experience in a similar role and experience in management of staff
Key Duties includes:
• Good organization and communication skills
• To receive and accurately process reservation bookings, general inquiries and ensure effective revenue management at all times
• Staff training
• Knowledge of standard reservations systems
• Assisting the sales team in setting their rates
• Maintaining the in-house reservations systems
• Forecasting revenue streams
• In smaller hotels you may be directly involved with room sales
• Managing your team effectively
